Discontinuing sale of group long-term care (GLTC) insurance products effective August 1, 2012
If you or your dependents are enrolled in Prudential’s Long-Term Care program through the State of Maryland, your insurance certification will not change as long as the premiums are paid on time and the benefits are not exhausted.
Prudential has indicated that it will be sending out a
letter to all of our enrolled employees, retirees, and dependents explaining this announcement.
Prudential has stressed that they are committed to ensuring quality customer service and claims support through this transition
