DIRECTIONS: From Baltimore, take 295 (Baltimore/Washington Parkway) South. From DC, take 295 North. Follow 295 to Rt 197 (Laurel/Bowie Road). From Baltimore, make a right at the light at the exit. From DC, make a left. Follow 197 to Muirkirk Road. Make a left onto Muirkirk Road. Follow Muirkirk Road 1.5 miles to Odell Road. Make a left onto Odell. Follow Odell Road .2 miles to the armory on the left.

OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT
Technical Support: The telework center has a full-time technical/administrative support staff on site.

Security: The telework center will soon have card-key access and is staffed with National Guard Service members. The parking lot has overhead lighting.

Operating Hours: Normal operating hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Tuesday through Friday. Additional hours and days can be arranged for a fee .

SERVICES AND AMENITIES
Workstations: 18 Offices: The telework center has 18 tabletop stations and a conference room that can be subdivided.

Computer Hardware: The typical workstation includes computers with 300 MHz Pentium II processors and 32 megabytes of RAM. Users may access the Internet on site.

Computer Software: Microsoft Office, with others installed upon request.

Office Equipment: Fax machines, printers, photocopiers, scanners, and shredders are available at the telework center.

Video Conferencing: Video conferencing is available.

Other Amenities: The telework center has a refrigerator, microwave, vending machines, and free parking.
